This is our downloadable Entry Form (.pdf format only) All Pre-Entry forms must be postmarked seven (7) days prior to show date in order to receive pre-entry discount fees. All entry forms received after the seventh (7) day will pay full price.

Class Fees: Pre-Entries = $15.00 per class
At show/late entries = $20.00 per class
Department of Food and Agriculture Drug Fee is $5.00 per horse
Show and Arena Fee is $5.00 per horse
